Bienvenue Press opened its doors in June 2017. While our initial focus is on Southern fiction, we hope to branch out into other genres in the future as we continue to grow. In order to help our authors make their books the best they can be, we plan to publish six books in our inaugural year.
Our staff has years of combined experience in the writing and editing world. We are teachers, writers, journalists, and readers. We have a deep love for words, writing, and books.
Alisha Vincent is as a transplant to Louisiana. She grew up in Oklahoma and moved to South Louisiana in 2001. She fell in love with the culture and the joie de vivre of the people in the area. Now a transplant, Vincent hopes to publish stories that exemplify the strength, determination, passion, and humor of these people. But, not just the Cajuns, people of the South in general.
Vincent has published three contemporary romance novels set in her beloved South under the pen name A.L. Vincent. Her first paranormal, Dream a Little Dream of Me, was released in October 2017 under the pen name Jolie St. Amant.
